Ben Towers is a Senior Property & Development Executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex residential, commercial and mixed-use property developments - from strategic site acquisition through to operational handover.
He has a proven track record delivering complex property development projects including successfully managing governance, feasibility, budgeting, coordination, executive reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Ben is known for collaborative leadership, commercial judgement and building trusted relationships, while delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
Also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer since 2003, Ben brings sound knowledge across all sectors of the real estate market - sales & marketing, leasing & management - spanning residential and commercial/industrial/retail, existing and off-the-plan properties.
